Héctor Dominguis

Vice President of Fundación LAB Mediterráneo, Materials Engineer from Imperial College London and MSC Management from Surrey University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE and a Management Development Programme (PDD) from IESE. In 2010 he received the Innovator of the Year Award from the Valencian Community by the newspaper El Mundo and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Valencian Community and Murcia by Ernst & Young.

Héctor Dominguis, CEO of GDES, has participated in the round table “Open innovation as a business strategy” of the third informative session of the Foundation, and his speech he stressed the importance of working with disruptive startups to harness innovative talent and generate change in more traditional companies. Sharing resources, and generating synergies and cooperation are, for him, the way forward.
