She began her professional career at Banco de Valencia in 1979 and, at the age of 24, she joined the company Dacsa, a family business founded by her father Ricardo Císcar in 1968 and dedicated to corn milling, rice milling, and food solutions. She is currently the executive director of Dacsa Group.
