Fundación LAB Mediterráneo reaffirms its commitment to the internal teams of its board of trustees in a new meeting with innovation directors
Valencia, January 30, 2025. – Fundación LAB Mediterráneo, a project promoted by the Employers’ Association of Valencia (AVE), today held a meeting with the innovation directors of the companies belonging to its board of trustees at the Buñol headquarters of Familia Martínez, trustee of the Foundation.
The meeting served not only as a platform to present the Foundation’s main activities for the year 2025, but also as an opportunity to share success stories of ongoing projects. In addition, with the aim of publicizing examples from the companies of the board of trustees, a visit was made to the Ready Meals plant, belonging to Familia Martínez and located in the town. The attendees were thus able to learn first-hand about the innovation processes carried out by the company.
With this action, Fundación LAB reaffirms its role in the development and connection between companies in the Valencian Community, working from the field of innovation to benefit society as a whole.
Fundación LAB Mediterráneo
Fundación LAB Mediterráneo is a project created by AVE with the mission of positioning the Region of Valencia as a national and European benchmark in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and research.
To achieve this, it has set itself five objectives: to promote the creation and attraction of technology start-ups; to work to attract national and international technology companies to set up in the Region of Valencia and create a ‘tractor effect’; to promote support for companies in non-technological sectors to accelerate their digital transformation; to contribute to increasing private investment in R&D&I; and to help promote research.
